Terms of Use

Effective Date: July 1, 2026. These Terms of Use are entered into between you and JOAT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong.

Company and service

Intel Fitness is operated by JOAT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. The Service provides account-based fitness, wellness, Recipe, Analysis, course access, Credits wallet, Plans, and related support features.

Acceptance and account security

By creating an account, signing in, purchasing Credits, unlocking content, using recipes, or uploading analysis media, you agree to these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your email account and device access secure.

Eligibility and Plan features

You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Plan features may include courses, lessons, Recipe, Analysis, wallet history, Plans, and support workflows.

Credits, payments, and recharge

Credits are a platform balance used only inside Intel Fitness. Shopify is the payment checkout provider for Credits top-ups. Credits are added only after payment confirmation is received by our system.

Credits are not cash, not a bank deposit, not electronic money, not securities, and are not transferable outside the Service. Discounts reduce the payment amount only and do not change the platform Credits exchange rule.

Your first successful payment starts Basic automatically when enough purchased Credits are available. Membership fees, renewal charges, and upgrade differences are charged from purchased Credits only. Monthly Credits are Plan usage benefits and cannot be used to pay membership fees.

Refund summary

Refund requests for eligible unused Credits top-ups must be submitted within three (3) calendar days after successful payment confirmation. Used Credits, course unlocks after access is granted, and monthly Credits already applied are generally not refundable except where required by applicable law.

Courses and Plans

Course or lesson unlocks deduct Credits from your wallet and grant access under the current product rules. Purchased courses remain available until the end of your current billing cycle and require an active eligible membership. Upgrades may charge the Credit difference for the current period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period and do not create an automatic refund, except where required by applicable law.

Recipe and Analysis

Recipe uses information you provide, including preferences, allergies, goals, and optional body profile fields. Analysis may use short uploaded media as temporary input to produce general training feedback.

Intel Fitness provides general lifestyle, fitness, wellness, nutrition, and training information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, physical therapy, or emergency guidance. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing exercise, nutrition, or wellness routines.

User content and uploaded videos

You must have the right to upload any content you submit. Do not upload videos containing other people without permission, minors, sensitive scenes, or unnecessary personal information. You should keep your own copy of any media you want to retain.

Prohibited conduct and abuse review

You may not misuse the Service, attempt fraud, abuse discounts or refunds, interfere with security, upload unlawful content, scrape private areas, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the Service in violation of sanctions, anti-money laundering, or consumer protection rules.

Intellectual property

Intel Fitness, platform content, course materials, software, designs, and trademarks are owned by JOAT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.

Third-party services and availability

The Service may rely on Shopify, cloud hosting, storage, email, video, analytics, and AI service providers. We aim to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, payment issues, or violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers, liability, and indemnity

The Service is provided for general lifestyle information and is not medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without prejudice to non-waivable consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
