Credits Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2026. This Credits Policy explains how Intel Fitness Credits work inside the platform.

Nature of Credits

Credits are a limited platform usage balance for Intel Fitness only. Credits are not cash, not a bank deposit, not electronic money, not securities, and are not transferable outside the Service.

Recharge and activation

Credits top-ups are purchased through Shopify checkout and activated only after payment confirmation is received by our system. Credits package pricing is shown before checkout and must not be treated as a cash account.

Your first successful payment starts Basic automatically when enough purchased Credits are available. Membership fees and upgrade differences are charged from purchased Credits only.

Purchased Credits and monthly Credits

Purchased Credits come from paid top-ups. Monthly Credits are Plan usage benefits granted for the current billing cycle. Monthly Credits may be used for eligible platform features, but they cannot pay membership fees, upgrade differences, or renewal charges.

Using Credits

Credits may be deducted for eligible courses, lessons, Recipe, Analysis, Plan features, and other Credits-priced services. Used Credits are generally not refundable once access or use is granted, except where required by applicable law.

Discounts, bonuses, and adjustments

Discounts affect payment amounts only and do not change the Credits exchange rule. Bonus Credits, promotions, refunds, and manual adjustments may follow additional rules and are subject to review.
